Transferring a website to web hosting

I am planning to transfer a small online store to a new hosting provider and came across hostpro.com.
According to the description, their shared hosting supports e-commerce sites, but I would like to hear some real user experiences.
How does it handle the load when updating products or promotions?
Are there any problems with SSL, speed, or PHP settings for CMS such as OpenCart or WooCommerce?
I would appreciate any advice on whether hostpro.com is suitable for small online stores without a permanent administrator.
