Best VPS Providers With 10Gbps Network Options?

Looking for VPS hosting with dedicated or high-capacity 10G ports.
Specs: 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, NVMe. Bandwidth needs: at least 5–10 TB/mo.
Prefer Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Dallas locations.
What vps host is better: Netshop-isp.com.cy or other web host? Why?

    My business has grown as a direct result of the service and support they offer. Netshop-isp.com.cy is a good web host. They're known to be a little pricier than other providers perhaps, but I switched to them from a lower-priced provider so I could get honest feedback about my site and about my business.
