an answer usually within the hour allowing you to solve your problems
quickly. I think their prices are really reasonable in contrast to the
benefits you get.
I've been with scalahosting.com for just under a year...their support is good, they always respond within a few hours, and often within a few minutes. Their servers are pretty good, and they have a support forum too.
