VPS from Godaddy

Goodmoring, I recently bought a new VPS from Godaddy for my client (i didn't thing it was a good solution, but he wanted in this way) anyway.... I got 404 errors when I try to access a name-based account via the IP. Honestly i tried all solution maybe, what else i can do it? thanks

    Use VPS deals from rockhoster.com and cantech.in as they are proven to be the best.
    The support team responds quickly and gives excellent service. They follow through until the issue has been resolved. Website has been very stable with few problems.
