On the Wyze app:

1. Open the Wyze app and tap Forgot password?.

2. Enter your Wyze account email address and tap Send Verification Code.

3. Check your email for the verification code. ...

4. Copy the verification code in the email and return to the Wyze app.

Auto-Unlock Set Up

1. Tap your Wyze Lock from the Home screen.
2. Tap the gear-shaped icon to open Lock Settings.
3. Tap Auto-Unlock.
4. Tap on the Auto-Unlock toggle. You'll be prompted to select a Home location.

Tips to ensure Auto-Unlock works reliably:

• Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
• Enable Location Services. Keep them connected, and ensure permissions are granted to the Wyze app. 
• Disable the battery-saver settings on your device, so the Wyze app isn't closed to save battery life.
  • Or, whitelist the Wyze app so it isn't affected.
• Use this feature only on the primary door you use to enter and exit your home.
• Don't force close the app in your Settings, if you're on Android.
• Auto-Unlock will only work with smartphones at this time. Tablets with the Wyze app installed are unable to trigger Auto-Unlock.
