Restore backup issue

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue and I can't restore backup and when I try to restore backup through SSH below error appearing.

failed to untar skel at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Create.pm

I also tried to update cpanel  by the command /scripts/upcp

But it didn't resolved the problem

please help

    Please remove the account then again put the restore command like following format of backupfile /scripts/restorepkg cpmove-username.tar.gz

    You need to check cpanel logs on why restore is failing. 


    You can also paste the result of lsattr /etc/skel

    check quotaugidlimit of server try increasing the limit
