Cloudflare Connection Issue with Serion Domain - Need Help!

dilshankingdilshanking Member, Provider

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with connecting my Serion domain to Cloudflare. It seems like the connection is failing, and I can't figure out what’s causing the problem. I’ve already double-checked the nameservers and DNS settings on Cloudflare, but it still doesn’t seem to work.

For context, I’m hosted with XAMAA Web Hosting Sri Lanka, and my hosting provider supports Cloudflare integration. However, despite following the usual setup steps, the connection just won’t establish properly.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? What steps should I take to troubleshoot and resolve this?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

    Hi,

Have you tried to reach out to your hosting provider for the help? They would better assist you since you have hosted your domain there and they are supporting the Cloudflare. However, please share your domain name here for us to check the DNS and Name Servers also and try to help you out.

Hey there! It sounds like you’ve already done some great troubleshooting, double-checking the nameservers and DNS settings is a smart move. Have you also tried reaching out to XAMAA’s support team? They might have some insights specific to their setup that could help get your Cloudflare connection up and running smoothly. Good luck!

    Hi,

I agree with the advice above: contacting the technical support team of your hosting provider is a wise move. They typically have a responsibility to assist if they offer relevant services. So, don't hesitate to reach out to them and wait for a response. I hope they are able to help you resolve the issue!
